Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone

"Enjoyed our stay. The view was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. There are quite a few steps to and from the dock, which aren’t fully visible in the photos. They weren’t bad, but could be difficult for some people. Pamela was very responsive every time we reached out.

"The view from this home was beyond our expectations. The home was in a quiet location perfect for relaxing, fishing, and hiking as we visited the area in March before the busy summer season at Osage Beach. Would highly recommend this home for a group of 4-8 guests. Pamela was very responsive and we enjoyed working with her.

"Our family of five enjoyed every minute of vacation at this lovely home at Woodmont Point. The living room views of the lake are unparalleled. My kids kayaked everyday, even in cool temps. It was the highlight of their vacation. The house was very clean and had everything and anything you might need. Just be aware that there are many steps leading to the house and down to the dock, so I would not recommend for anyone unsteady on their feet or with weak knees. It was so peaceful and we hope to come back someday soon.

"We had a great vacation at Woodmont Point. The house is located out on a point with awesome views as advertised. The elevated point gives great views of the main channel. We rented the a boat for the week and had no trouble tying up to the deep water dock even though the lake level was still a bit lower than it's target summer level. A major storm had hit the morning we arrived, and winds brought down a tree. The hosts responded very quickly to secure the area, ensure safety and minimize impact on our enjoyment of the home. They communicated well with us and scheduled clean up and repair services for a time that worked with our schedule and not disturb our enjoyment of the property. I was very impressed with the entire team supporting Pamela, special thanks to Jeff!

"We all enjoyed the home and surroundings, including the kitchen and amenities, the kayaks and dock, and all the relaxing spaces and gathering places. We talked about coming back next year as it was such a great place for us. It might be helpful for folks arriving for the first time, to have a sign a that last sharp corner taking visitors to the house. I saw the road sign but everyone else in our party missed it and drove right past. The trees are beautifully dense and covers the road sign. We all enjoyed our time and beautiful space. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

"The home at Woodmont Point was very well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your time on the lake. Our family enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing off of the dock. It is close to restaurants and boat rental companies. We also enjoyed the covered porch and open air porch. It is tucked pretty far back on a gravel road so if you have a car that sits low to the ground, be careful going back to the home.

"A great place to stay at the lake! The house was very clean and looked very nice. It was spacious for the six of us and private. AC worked great! Very well stocked with anything you might need. It had a nice area off the kitchen with another fridge and plenty of cabinet space to put extra food. The large deck has a nice view of the lake.
The dock is well maintained with lake toys and in a nice quiet cove. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

"We met family from out of state for a long weekend at the lake, and it was no disappointment. The privacy of the house itself makes you feel like you’re on your own private island with woods all around. Yet when you step into the house you get an amazing view of a main channel of the lake. If you want tranquility, this is it. Sitting on the deck in the morning and evening was a must. The house was clean and anything we needed was easy to find. Appliances worked well. Plenty of amenities. There’s a tv in every room, though if you’re watching tv I’m going to say you probably aren’t enjoying all the lake and the property have to offer! The dock was fun to hang out as we brought a few of our own floats and also used the big floating mat that was there. The kayaks were also a blast to use in the early morning when the lake is like glass. The cove is small and more private which was great. We rented a boat for the day which we highly recommend for exploring the lake and that process was also so easy. There are a lot of stairs both to the house and to the dock but the incline is not bad and the dock steps are very wide. It made for getting a nice little workout in! The rental company sent emails and a text prior to arriving and departing which was helpful to remind us of things to bring and how to leave the place. If we could give 10 starts, we would!

"Deck was nice with plenty of room for your family and the screened in porch was a nice place to hang out at night. Only downfall was having to carry everything down a lot of stairs to get into the house and getting your loaded coolers down to the boat dock. There is a driveway going down to the lower level of the home that you can utilize to cut down on the number of stairs to unload your belongings, but it is very steep.

"Gorgeous lake views from the wall of windows upstairs!! And the floor to ceiling windows in the downstairs living area and bedroom remind me of a Frank Lloyd Wright home. The owner’s personal touches made us feel at home. The dock was great. Even our dog loved it. Thank you for sharing this lovely lake house.
