Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

"This place was great for our girls trip! The location is great from a few restaurants and not far from the dam at all! We loved the view from all the windows and porches, the pool area was fantastic and we even enjoyed dinner and the tables and watched the boats drive by one evening! We had a few issues with a tub draining but received clear communication right away! We love the cooler, floaties and beach towels that were available as well! We will say here again our next time down!

"Amazing location and view! This condo was perfect for our trip. Lots of room for our family. Fireworks were everywhere around us on the night of the 4th. Any questions we had were answered promptly by management. Really great place, would love to stay here again on our next visit.

"This property is amazing. Well stocked with all you need from necessities to pool toys. The property was clean and beautiful. The only issue was 2 of the TV's were not working but we were outside most of the time but management was quick to look into the issue. This is a great place to bring a family and enjoy the lake. We will definitely be back.

"Pamela was a great host. She was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. She had almost everything we needed for our stay so we didnt have to bring much. The condo is conveniently located on the lake and near the pool. It is in a quiet area but a quick drive to all the restaurants and fun tourist things. Would definitely stay here again.

"We had the best time at the wet feet retreat! I am a single mother of three and Pamela was so understanding and helpful! I feel like I was a bit of a needy guest and Pamela was a fantastic host, very helpful. The condo is perfect, my kids didn't want to leave. Amazing space, amazing host. You can sleep anywhere, I pay for luxury and service and this holiday home was perfect.

"Spectacular view of the lake, from every room! All the comforts of home with a million dollar look onto the lake! We had a great time, entertained friends who live at the lake and had a surprise visit with our son and his wife! This is a great place to stay to relax, unwind and enjoy lake life. All 3 bedrooms were spacious with outstanding storage. The 3 bathrooms were clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary dishes, silverware and glasses to serve a small army! One feature we really liked was the water purification system which showed concern that the owner wanted guests to have good safe drinking water. We were so pleased with our stay that we are planning to return again next year.

"Awesome location. Very clean. Nice pool. Pamela was responsive and helpful. We took our boat down and was able to rent a nice slip through the rental. There were no instructions on any email of where the actual ramp and slip is, just which slip is yours, so I would suggest calling ahead. It was very simple though and we had no issues with that. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

"As the property was beautiful and the house was everything we needed it was spacious, had a beautiful view of the lake, a porch to hang out on and everything we needed down to a baby gate for our little one, only bad thing I can say is that the cleanliness of the house wasn’t what I expected, definitely could’ve been cleaned better in between tenants other than we had a good time and it is a beautiful place
