Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather.  International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Amazing Time

"My family had an amazing time at Water's Edge. Pamela was a responsive and helpful host making it so all of our requests or concerns were handled immediately. We have stayed in another Airbnb at LOZ and this location was much easier to get to and much, much quieter. The boat slip kept our boat safe and dry. The water in this cove is calm and the water slide is fun for all ages. We do wish the Lilly pad was newer, but I let Pamela know, so hopefully that gets resolved. Overall, I could not have asked for a better place to host our adult children and grandchildren for a few day on the lake.

"Loved the houses and the location. We met a lot of the neighbors and they were great. We loved that part of the lake. It was much quieter than other parts of the lake. We rented a boat from Station 46 which was awesome. Enjoyed the amenities of the house. We picked this house for the kids and the slide was great. The kids were looking forward to the video games and none of them worked except the skateboard game. We were all looking forward to Golden Tee as well and that did not work. I feel like if you advertise an arcade at least most of them should work.

"Our family group of 18 people, ages 2 to 86, had such a memorable week. The on site slide, kayaks, paddle board, fishing gear, water mat, sand volleyball, arcade games, fire pit and hot tub kept our group entertained for hours! Didn't have to worry about boat traffic while kids played off dock. A little sprucing up of the landscape would have made it picture perfect. Would definitely come back.
