"The property was very well kept and well stocked with amenities to allow for a very convenient stay. We lived the additional refrigerator to help store meals and beverages. Great view of the Lake and convenient loading and unloading from the very close parking lot stalls. Excellent host!

"The condo was great. Wonderful location, clean, plenty of room. Only 2 downsides I can think of. 1) Description said they provided propane for grill, but upon arrival, no grill was present. Were we supposed to bring our own gas grill? 2) Also, the coffee table top was made of glass, which made for a lot of banged up shins when you have 6 people and a fairly small living room. Overall, we had a great time!

"Great condo and area. Very accessible to all that you need. This condo was perfect for our girls trip. Gorgeous screened in porch and very comfortable. The most well equipped Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed in. Pamela was very responsive, as well.

"The condo was comfortable and had everything that we needed for the extended weekend, including cleaning supplies, basic toiletries and coffee pods. Not having to pack or purchase these items was very convenient. There was plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. For the most part, it was quiet, with the exception of the footsteps from the unit above this one.

"Overall, I really liked this place! I like my review to cover useful things that are not in the listing's description, so here goes. 1. Condo Itself: We rented the place when there were no reviews on AirBnB or anywhere online, so there was some apprehension. Not to worry -- the place surprised us beyond our expectations. The interior of the condo and the view was *exactly* as the Airbnb listing pictures show -- a wonderful waterview and a view of the main channel, and right next to docs (for those of you who come in on boats). The place is spacious, and smells like a new condo, and most/many of the furnishings and fittings appear to be (relatively) new. We used the kitchen mostly for plates/cups (we didn't cook). There are *two* refrigerators, and a washer/dryer. Both the bathrooms are spacious. There are closeout (not blackout) blinds, as the main balcony doors face towards the rising sun. The balcony is massive, and a great place to eat breakfast (there are shades on the outside of the balcony that you can pull down). To keep insects out the balcony, there is an insect screen outside the balcony (this was very effective, and allowed us to sit in the balcony late into the night). There is a TV with dish tv in the living room, and tvs with VCRs in each of the 3 bedrooms. Drawer and closet space is ample (bring your own hangers). 2. Host: This host (Pamela) was an amazing person, and had one of the fastest response times of all AirBnB hosts I've stayed with! Sometimes she responded within minutes, and in case within seconds of me messaging her. Because we were the first tenants of the season there were a couple of startup issues that we had to work through together, and the host was patient, gave clear instructions, and followed up well. Pamela also sent very clear instructions on how to find the building (one of many buildings), and how to avoid a dirt road that Google Maps tends to send the cars via. Amazing host! 3. Location: It is *inside* the Lake of the Ozarks state park, and is a condo in a multi-building condo place. I personally loved that location, and especially the winding drive that one takes to get to it. The nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes drive away, so make sure to stock up on breakfast items (or groceries if you're cooking). 4. Getting down to the waterfront: To get down to the waterfront (where the boat slips are), walk along the floor to find the elevator. How to go down was not obvious at first, but we asked around and found out. 5. Your neighbors: Some of the residents are owners, others are short-term renters (AIrBnb, etc.). They are generally very friendly. Parking space is ample. And of course, the best neighbors are the flock of 30+ deer that you encounter as you enter and leave the complex (they are grazing mornings and evenings near the garages).
