The Lookout is perfectly named as you are able to gaze across the cove and out into the lake from every level of the home. The two main bedrooms are complemented by sitting areas and a wall of windows. The bunk room adds extra sleeping space for families wanting to come together and create lake memories.

The screened-in porch will be a favorite hangout for those who want a bit of shade, while the sun deck will be a landing spot for those who want to take it all in! Venture down to the private dock to enjoy floating, the swim mat, or fish for dinner. The dock allows for side tie-off for a boat or personal watercraft.

The owners share a love for outdoor cooking with a Blackstone Griddle, Traeger Grill and standard propane grill. All are available for your use. The extra fridge on the patio will hold your drinks and your grilling menu for a day on the deck. Plan ahead and eat well!

Location Description
The central location is amazing for this lakefront home! You are just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip with tons of nightlife, amazing food, and tourism activities like dinner cruises, parasailing, and an elevated ropes course. The Wilmore Lodge is nestled just across the strip sharing the story of the lake, the dam, and incredible views down the main channel.

Less than 20 minutes from the home, you will find the heart of the lake in Osage Beach with Go Karts, Miniature Golf, Waterparks, and more amazing dining. As chefs from around the country settle into this unique space of tourism, the dining opportunities have grown in number and quality. Loved Out Stay!

"We loved staying at this lake house! The dock was the perfect spot for our kids to play in the water and we loved that we were close to the main Bagnell dam area so we could go out to eat or rent a boat without driving far. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. One little FYI is that one main guest bed is a king and the other main one is a full. Just something to keep in mind if you have multiple adult couples and one might not want a full sized bed! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Lakehouse located not to far from the Dam.

"This location was perfect for renting a boat and hitting up dockside restaurants and taking the kids tubing. The house is about a 10 minute drive to some good spots for Adults and Kids on Bagnell Dam Blvd. Nearest grocery store is about 12-15 minutes. Check-In was automated and the host provided plenty of communication about the stay and what to expect. Throughout the stay I was able to get my questions answered via text very quickly. No surprises, good experience overall. The property was cozy for 4 adults and 5 kids- but there was enough space for everyone to have a place to sleep. The main floor has no bedrooms, making it perfect for guests that want to go to bed early while people are still up and going. The patio is screened in, we had no issues with bugs while hanging out at night or during morning coffee. The host provided multiple grills, 2 good size fridges, a washer and dryer, and most kitchen appliances you would need (toaster, waffle maker, etc). Parking is tight, and you will not fit more than two cars in the single wide space in front. That means one car will be blocked when double parking. The road leading into the property is very narrow and steep, I would heed the parking rules. The cove the house is in has minimal boat traffic and has calm water. We were able to use the swimming pad right off of the dock for swimming. The water was warm (end of July) and the kids said they never touched the bottom of the lake when jumping from the dock, FWIW.
