Location Description
Located on the beautiful North Shores with calm cove water access in Bouge Bay at the 4mm of the Gravois Arm. Nearby hot spots include Jolly Rogers & Boat House by land. Many more by water. The home is within 20 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and within 30 minutes of the tourism center in Osage Beach.

Getting There
Driving involves a mix of highway, blacktop and gravel roads for access. The home is less than 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and just a 1/2 day drive from NE, IA, and IL. The closest international airport is Kansas City International with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield..

"We loved our stay at the home. There were so many more stairs to the dock than we realized but great area of the lake. Not a lot of traffic and a great time!

"The property is very nice. The cove is very nice and quiet. We enjoyed swimming on the mat and the kayaks. The blackstone worked well and we enjoyed cooking on it.

"The cove was great, little boat traffic but plenty deep to swim. The house was nice and clean. It was the perfect size for our group. We had 5 teen-young adults plus my husband and I. It's a nice floor plan. One main level bedroom and two upper level bedrooms , so some separation is possible. A 4wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended. We cooked in some and there was plenty of pans,dishes,etc. it was a great week.

"The house was beautiful and the setting great. The property was as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. Do be aware that the roads around the lake are rough and cell signal minimal but the destination more than makes up for this. The only issue we had was when the WiFi went down, but the home owner was quick to rectify. Would definitely stay again.

"While the road leading to the house is a bit crazy - it did not affect our stay at all. The road is really bad for about 20 feet just before the driveway. No fault of the host. Just go slow. We loved Pamela’s place! We were visiting our daughter and her new husband in the area for Christmas but there were too many of us to fit in their little 2 bedroom home. They live 5 miles from the air bnb so this was a perfect choice for us. We are from Michigan and made the 10 hour drive down on the Friday before Christmas 2023. We stayed 4 nights. They even put up a tree and some festive decorations. It was lovely. Beautiful home. Though it was winter the weather was nice but rainy - we still fished off the dock. The teen boys enjoyed it. Can’t wait to come back and try the slide In the summer! Pamela was very responsive with any questions and we had no issues. The home was comfortable and clean and perfect for our family Christmas.

Lovely Stay on Lake of the Ozark

"We are from Michigan and rented this home to have a place to celebrate Christmas with our MO family. It was a perfect stay. The home is lovely clean and well appointed. They have just about everything you would need. Our daughter and her husband live 5 miles from here and it was perfect to be so close to them. Their home is small with 2 bedrooms and there were 6 of us traveling to see them for the holiday. We were able to host Christmas dinner at Sunset Siesta for all 8 of us. The teen boys enjoyed fishing in the lake (We brought our own gear) tho they didn't catch much. The host and Lake Days Rentals were very responsive and helpful We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful Home and Dock plus Responsive and Great Host!

"This house was as described and had everything that our group needed. The place was clean, and the dock down on the water was wonderful. Unfortunately, when we arrived on a 100 degree day, the air conditioning was turned off and it was over 90 degrees in the house. It was a very uncomfortable first day/night. Pamela was responsive in trying to resolve the issue, which was eventually fixed. The other difficult thing was getting to the house. The road down to the house is possible the worst road I’ve ever driven on. It’s a gravel road in ridiculous condition. Our truck got through it alright, but our other vehicle was a smaller car and it was a very large struggle to get up and down the steep hill to the home. Overall the home was very nice and exactly what we needed, there were just a couple of unfortunate things like the air conditioning and the road that put a damper on it. Pamela is a great host however!

Nice Lakeside House!

"Cabin was pretty much as presented online. Kitchen was well stocked, all appliances worked well, plenty of towels and toiletrees. Grandkids loved the boatdock area which included a diving board, floating lily pad, kayaks and plenty of life jackets. Location of lakeside house is in a no wake zone which was great for swimming and lake activities. Overall we were very pleased with this property and would recommend it to others.
