Location Description
The condo community is less than 3 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis and just a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois. While this lakefront setting is peaceful and set apart, you can easily access all the top tourist places less than 30 minutes from your doorstep.

By car, the path is all interstate, highway, and blacktop. Detailed information is provided in your guidebook. By air, the closest international airport is Kansas City International - with regional airports located in Columbia and Springfield

Location Activities
In addition to being the BEST place on the lake to view the Lake Race & Fireworks - You are just 10 minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip! This area of the lake offers amazing dining, live music, car shows, parades, and is a hub of activity year round. "Very much enjoyed the property. It was pleasant to just sit and enjoy the view, plus it was close to town/sightseeing activities. The only thing that had me curious was the picture device by the coffee with the lens and speaker.

"We'd stay here again! Other than a couple of initial mixups when we checked in, the stay was wonderful! Condo is beautiful. View and pools were great! Kitchen had everything we needed and living area was comfortable. Beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the screened in porch, especially while sipping morning beverages. The 2 issues we had (missing parking pass that could have resulted in our car being towed and missing pool bracelets) were addressed with just a phone call and the realtor followed thru on making everything good. They also provided amends for our trouble.

"We had a nice week! Location was great. Condo was well supplied, although it could have been updated some. When we arrived, we had to get a broom to clean the cobwebs and dead spiders off the door and walkway before we could get in. Older kitchen and bathrooms.

"Trip was planned last minute so the price and area were very affordable and quick accommodations were made when we decided to stay an extra day!! I love how the place had plenty of wash clothes, towels, linens and beach towels, as a big family those are some of the things normally forgotten. Peaceful and private place!!!!
