Below, another deck awaits, providing ample space for outdoor dining, lounging, and enjoying the fresh air. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed to cater to families seeking relaxation and comfort. With spacious living areas, cozy bedrooms, and all the amenities you could desire, Seawall invites you to make yourself at home. And when you're ready to explore, the lake is right at your doorstep, offering endless opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and more. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply craving some quiet time in nature, Seawall is the ideal retreat for families looking to rest, relax, and reconnect. - 3 Bedrooms & Additional Sleeping Space for up to 14 Sleeps
- Hot Tub overlooking the lake on the upper deck, plus seating on the lower Deck w/ Beautiful Lake Views
- Dining Indoors & Outdoors, with Gas Grill, Blackstone, and outdoor seating and screened room, plus a full eat-in kitchen.
- Large private concrete dock in a quiet cove with Swim Platform w/ Dock Seating (3) and Swim essentials such as wet steps swim ladder, Swim Mat, Life Jackets, and (2) Kayaks, fish cleaning station, and mini fridge w/ freezer.
-  12 x 30 Covered Boat Slip w/ 6,000-pound pontoon lift, and Room to tie up a boat on the West side of the dock (uncovered)
-  12 x 12 covered wave runner slip with one waver runner lift and room to slip one more. There is room to tie up two more wave runners uncovered for a total of 4.
- Family-friendly amenities such as Pack n Play, Highchair, Children/Toddler Dishes, Outlet Covers, Toddler/Baby Gate, Children's Books & games, and Potty Seat

Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather.  International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Wonderful Experience!

"Our family was actually booked with another airbnb for the weekend BUT they ended up canceling us last minute due to double-booking. Thank goodness we came across Pamela!! She was happy to help when we told her about our situation. I truly believe our weekend went better than we could've imagine! After we booked our reservation communication was clear and easy to understand from check in - check out. The home was very clean and cozy and the amenities were as described in the description. We had such a great time, that we might just make this our annual families girls trip! Thank you so much Pamela for the wonderful experience!!

Lots of Fun!

"Plenty of room for all of our family (16 guests). Very clean with more extras than we expected! The driveway was very steep. I fell walking up it within our first 10 minutes. We cleaned the pellets out of the Traeger twice, but never got it to work. The Blackstone was a family favorite ! The dock was big enough for everyone and we were able to do tons of fishing, floating, swimming, and kayaking! We could even hear the live band at Moonies! We started planning a trip for next year before we left! Lots of fun!

"This lake house was perfect for myself & my 15 family members for the Memorial Day weekend! The home was equipped with every single thing we needed. Really appreciate the kayaks the host left behind for us to use. The hot tub was a perfect touch. We enjoyed using the grill & were more than excited to find that we had all of the cooking utensils, pots, & pans that we needed. Thank you so much for having us! Hoping to host our future family lake events here ❤️
