Location Description
Located in the outer edge of Osage Beach, you are just minutes away from the Margaritaville complex with lakefront pools and wonderful dining. Less than 10 minutes from the condo you will find the heart of Osage Beach with go karts, miniature golf, great dining, and tons of fun activities.

Getting There
This lake stay can be reached by all hard surface roads with main highway access throughout most of the drive. The location is less than 3 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas. The closest international airport is in Kansas City with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.

Beautiful lake setting, several issues with unit

"The setting on the lake is beautiful. We spent 6 days together as a family here. Several issues occurred during our stay——the dishwasher leaked during use, the ice maker stopped working, the front screen door was partially broken, we had a broken chair on the screened porch. These issues were reported and the maintenance dept responded accordingly. The screened porch is rather small, was not very clean (lots of dead bugs on the floor, the rug is not great). There is a table with four chairs that need new cushions. The beds are comfy but housekeeping missed cleaning under the beds——found a dirty hat and a vape in one room. There is nowhere in the kitchen to store groceries—-everything ends up on the countertops. The gas grill had no lp tank and was told they are not allowed anymore but grill was not removed. Front porch had old rugs rolled up and laying around and the chairs in porch were dirty as well. The pool is close to the unit but was so cold ( Mid July) it was not comfortable for floating. Our last morning while changing clothes we spotted a drone outside our window! I'm not actually someone to complain but the cleanliness, pool temp and general disrepair definitely affected our stay.

"Great host and awesome place to stay. Several of my baseball parents all stayed in the same location and host was very responsive and helpful for anything we asked! Pool was amazing and beautiful view on the water! All owners of the community were very friendly and helpful on things to do and were all so chill to all of our baseball boys! Would definitely come back!

"We had a great stay at Pamela’s last weekend. The weather was fall-like so we were not able to take advantage of being right next to the pool, but it would be perfect in summer. The lake view from the screened porch and the master bedroom was exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean and the checkout process was minimal. We would stay there again, for sure. Thank you!

"The condo was perfect. Only issue was communication. I was told I would be emailed detailed instructions as to the exact unit and entry code between 10-noon on arrival day. This did not happen. I emailed Pamela early afternoon to inquire about early check in, and was told that wouldn’t be available. That was fine, we knew normal checkin was at 4. I told her in my email that I hadn’t received the instructions yet. We arrived about 3:45, still no instructions. Finally about 4:10 I called Pamela. She didn’t know I hadn’t received instructions. She then texted the instructions to me and we found the unit and went in. I would have given an excellent rating if it hadn’t been for this issue.

"Although we enjoyed our vacation, I would not stay at this location again. Although Pamela was responsive and we received a lot of information leading up to our stay, I was disappointed upon arrival as the unit was much smaller than expected from the photo graphs with appliances that needed to be updated, most notably the fridge which struggled to keep our food/drinks cold. The unit did not meet my cleanliness standards- toilets were not cleaned sufficiently, coffee maker was holding moldy water, floors were dirty where we couldn’t walk barefoot (I had to mop them), the patio and furniture were dusty, full of cobb webs and dead bugs , curtain rod falling off the wall, and zero bath/pool towels upon our arrival. Garbage disposal was also inconvenient and required to load garbage bags into our cars to drop off at the front of the resort. The pool was nice enough for my kids, but the area was lacking in ambiance with no shower to rinse off by the pool.

"Great weekend spent here! Awesome view. The screened in deck is great. Enough room for everyone inside and located close to where we were going. Towels & bedding were clean. Very comfortable. The only issue was we had no hot water the first day but after that, Good stay!!
