"The property was very nice and clean. We were able to watch some water animals from our balcony- turtles, fish and herons. It is very close to activities and several restaurants. Pamela was very prompt in answering questions and taking care of any issues that arose. Just as a very minimal matter that I would change would be to have the cable tv in the living room and the Roku in the bedroom. All in all, you will not be disappointed with your stay here!! We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much!!

"The condo provided everything we could possibly want or need. It is beautifully decorated, clean and has a wonderful view from the large glass windows and doors. We thank Pamela for her hospitality and great attention to detail! We loved our time there!

"We had a couple hiccups-wooden support board for top bunk was broken when we arrived so we could not use that bunk. We had to put that mattress on the floor. Maintenance showed up on day 2 without notice to repair. Surprising but no big deal. Also, the AC did freeze up. We were warned to be cautious and we were. We never set it for more than 4 degrees lower. We thawed it out in a couple of hours though so no harm. Honestly, I feel like the unit might be a little small but who knows. We changed the filter since was last changed 2 months prior. We booked this unit less than 24 hours in advance so I totally appreciate the flexibility. The unit was as described and full of essentials including spices, ziploc bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, extra pillows, fans, & much more. The pool was perfect. I guess there was a 2nd pool but I never looked for it. The one was too convenient to our building. Overall, love. We will return.

It's a nice place

"The place is really nice, however, we had some issues. I didn't receive any emails of check in, or any details about the passcode or WiFi. I only received texts leading up to our arrival. I had to call the property manager for the passcode. The refrigerator wasn't cold. We could only put half our things in the fridge. And keep restocking. And we had issues again with the keypad. It wouldn't lock. I had to call the property manager again, she said she would call maintenance.Mind you, this happened on the 4th of July. Maintenance called back and said, we replaced the keypad and we aren't coming back. I understand it was a holiday. I didn't expect them to come that evening. But at least come back the next day to fix it. Never did. The day before we left, I called the property manager, AGAIN, and told her that the maintenance never came back to fix the problem and that we couldn't lock the door. It would not be locked when we left. Low and behold, when we were leaving, I checked the keypad and it was working again. They are able to reset from the office. Like I said, the condo is very nice. But the headache wasn't worth it. I hope someone else has a better experience.

"Lake Days at Pelican Bay was wonderful! Our family of six was super comfortable, plenty of beds and a great pull out couch. We've rented many vacation condos over the years and this might be our Lake favorite. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking and serving meals (even sharp knives to cut fresh tomatoes which is rare). Amenities were super convenient to use such as beach towels, blow driers, washer/dryer, even some family games/books/highchair/etc... Super clean condo, comfortable beds and super close to the pool. We plan to stay here again next year if they'll have us.

"This was a wonderful property. Convenient to Margaritaville where I had a 3-day conference. It was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as pictured. I only used the larger bedroom and bathroom, but it was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!
