Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! it was so relaxing, peaceful and beautiful! Highly recommend for a getaway. We arrived far earlier than expected and communicated with Pamela , and we were able to check in an hour and a half earlier which we were so thankful for! Honestly had the best time and you are actually really close to stores and restaurants even though it doesn't seem like it. Will be trying to stay here again next year as it was just beyond our expectations.

"It was our first stay at the Lake of the Ozarks. The property was in a great location, close by all the attractions we visited. Dock was nice, paddle boards were ready to go and I used them everyday.

"We were very pleased with our stay. This was our first time at Lake of the Ozarks, Pamela and the guidebook were very helpful in finding local things to do. Our favorite thing about this place was the private dock with paddle boards for swimming and fishing. There are many steps so the accessibly is a little tough. Otherwise, would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beautiful sites, nice place and good times. We had a great time and plan to visit again! Thank you!!

"We had a great stay here... The kids felt right at home..The swimming dock was a great spot for the kids to swim or fish. In the evenings it a great spot to have a drink and relax on the deck with a fire pit and take in the scenic views. Will definitely be back again.

"We had an amazing time staying at Pamela place and the whole surrounding area! Anytime I had any questions or any concerns I was able to get the information I needed right away. "The house is set off the road by a long stairway that gives the house a beautiful sense of isolation and privacy. The house was clean and comfortable, and the multiple decks were a nice feature. The communication from the host was great, with timely information that made everything easy. I'll stay here again!

"We really lucked out with this property. We were able to book it last minute and it really delivered. It had everything we needed and plenty of room for the two of us. Having two decks was a great bonus. (It rained a couple times, and we could still be on the lower deck and stay dry.) It was super clean, had great wi-fi, plenty of towels, soaps etc. The only negative would be all the stairs to get to and from. It would not have worked out for our parents who have mobility issues. For us it was great!

"Great location! Quiet, on the water, but only minutes from bars, restaurants and shopping. House is beautiful. Nicely updated and had all the comforts of home. We are already planning our return trip in 2024 for a longer stay!! I would suggest to anyone booking: pack in small bags and coolers. Many steps from parking slab down to the house.

"I was a little bit surprised by the number of stairs you had to go down/up to get in and out but it was a small price to pay for the location on the water! Incredibly convenient to local bars and restaurants, deer and turtles were a daily sighting, and the decor and feel was like a home away from home. Heads up if you think you might want to watch movies or television while you're there, might be worth bringing an apple TV/Roku with you because there isn't a smart TV, but we didn't spend much time in the unit other than sleeping anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us. Would stay again, thank you so much!

"As we were driving through Kansas en route to the little house, Pamela let us know heavy rains had made access impossible. We were offered the Osage Beach home as an alternative. For folks looking to be in a more lively environment, this house will be a perfect fit. I expect during the summer season, there will be lots of activity in the cul de sac, adjacent area and on the channel. It being a cool March time, we had the whole area to ourselves which was great for us. Unfortunately, the temp was too cold to try the paddle boards.

"The place is smaller than expected. The pictures on airbnb did make it seem bigger. PAMELA is a great host/communicator vs me (a poor communicator), said she was going to give me a $100 credit for something minor but I never did get the money.
