Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

"This condo was nice but the parking situation is not so nice. While it states there are 3 spots for each place but we had a hard time finding a spot for just one vehicle.

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was as advertised except for the parking spots for 3 cars. Parking was tight but there was a parking lot just up the street for more space. The trash dumpster was also close by. It was very peaceful and the coffee on the balcony was a wonderful way to start the day. It had all the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms were also nicely stocked. The beds very comfortable. Pamela was wonderful in her communication. The only drawback was the late check in at 4pm and the early checkout at 10am. In our experiences these were later and earlier than what we have usually experienced. We would like to rent this place again if we visit the ozarks.

"We rented Pamela's condo to enjoy an adult only weekend away. It's was very comfortable and offered everything we needed. When we arrived there was a welcome bag and a little snack for our stay! It was a very nice place to relax!

"Beautiful place to stay in for a nice little getaway vacation. My girlfriend and I relaxed in the condo for the first two days of being at the lake. Then went to JB Hooks restaurant about 10 minutes away and proposed to my now fiancé! We enjoyed the parks, restaurants, and loved the Condo. If you want to impress a special someone, pick this condo!

"What a beautiful space! The view from the balcony was amazing, and on a quiet part of the lake! We also loved how clean the condo was. This condo had everything we needed, and we appreciated how much counter space there was; we cook in when we travel. Lastly, the beds were so comfortable!

"The view was nice, and our little cove was active with a jetski that was ripping up and down it daily. He was fun to watch, lol. The barbeque grill worked well, but one heat shield was partially destroyed. the TV was a good size for the room, and the furniture was satisfactory. One complaint I have is that there wasn't much of a place to put a gaming console. The backside and connections of the TV were inaccessible. The kitchen and dining room were clean and well stocked. The unit's bedrooms were also clean and tidy, with plenty of walking space and clothes space. An electronic keypad lock made accessing the condo a breeze. One problem we had was that when we walked down to the swimming pool, it was closed. Despite this, it was a great lake escape.

Loved the Condo!

"We loved the condo! It was spacious and cozy. Beautiful view from the screened in patio. The furniture was nice and the space was clean. Something we weren’t too crazy about was the property is on a steep hill, so the parking slots are very slanted sideways. The walls are also thin and you can hear your neighbors. We also had a couple maintenance issues when we arrived but they were easily rectified. On a plus side it was easy to access the lake! Overall we would come back for the cozy, at-home feeling this place provided and the views.

Quiet Cove, Amazing View!

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake Life condo! The condo was well appointed with nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Checkin in was easy. We struggled to operate the thermostat at first but did figure it out. It was set on a timer so automatically went up to 75 at night. You could manually change it. The lake view was amazing and the cove was quiet even on a weekend. We were disappointed that we could not swim off the dock but did enjoy the pool.

"I would say if you have an elderly person or a handicapped person with you it might be a challenging property as the parking lot is not flat and there are considerable stairs and uneven ground at the complex. The condo was just as described. Pamela had everything well stocked with just about anything you might need. It was well-decorated and clean which I appreciated. The best feature in my opinion was the screened-in balcony with great views. Pamela was pretty responsive and friendly in her communication. I did encounter quite a few issues during my stay with the condo; most were resolved during my stay by Pamela's team. I did feel that many of these issues should have been checked on and resolved before my arrival. I did not like that her team came in unannounced during my stay while I was not dressed. They seemed to feel they could come and go as they pleased; which seemed strange.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

"We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a beautiful setting, out of the way with a lovely view of the lake. We really loved sitting out on the balcony watching the jet ski’s and the boats going by!
The condo was very well stocked with pots, pans, glasses and dishes. We were very comfortable and can’t wait to return to The Lake of the Ozark’s for another vacation!
