Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather.  International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

"We had a great stay in this lovely home. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The home has a great view of the lake. It is located in a quiet cove. It has a great dock. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and watching the water flow by. The screened in porch was wonderful. Thanks for sharing your home.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our staff at Huckleberry! The property was exactly as pictured on the booking. We had a small issue with the keypad lock when we first arrived but they were very quick to provide a new code and unlock the door! We also had an issue with the metric not dispensing correctly, they promptly provided a replacement so we could enjoy our breakfast! Would definitely stay here again!

"This lake house was so awesome! Beautiful, clean & very comfortable. Pamela was very good at communicating with me. We loved everything! The covered dock was so relaxing. Nice furniture to set on and visit with views of the lake. We would love to come back! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much for the best relaxing vacation we have had for our ladies weekend getaway! Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Lake House

"Beautiful Lake House was super peaceful on a dead end road. The dock on the water is awesome and tons of room to hang out. We actually stayed 2 days longer than originally planned and Pamela was great in making that happen. Check out was as easy as any place we have ever stayed. Would recommend to mine own family.

"We had a guys getaway for a couple days. This property was clean and the dock was spectacular! I would like to warn that there are a lot of steps so be prepared for that. Other than that, it was an amazing location that made for a great getaway at the lake

"This house is beautiful. The inside was exactly as pictured, and the dock was super clean and well maintained. Bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well stocked. The backyard had a lot of weeds growing, and the chairs around the fire pit were very dirty. The grill and outdoor umbrellas were very old and needed replacing. My impression was that careful attention was paid to the inside, but some of the outside spaces need some cleaning up. Still- our stay was fabulous! The paddle board, water mat, and canoe were definitely a plus. We would absolutely come again!
