High Tide is located just off the dynamic main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. Take in the powerboats, yachts, and cruisers as you settle into one of the two vast decks overlooking the lake. Sunset will be a special time as the water captures the sky colors and the two create an amazing portrait in all seasons.

With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, High Tide brings together families and friends in a space perfect for lifelong memories. While the decks are a favorite space, the two kitchens and dining areas will allow generations to spread out and find their place. Ample parking supports all the arrivals needed to bring everyone together.

The location by land and water is perfect for lakefront dining, nightlife and entertainment. Venture just a bit further to waterslides, concerts at the amphitheater, or the Bagnell Dam Strip. You will find all you need for an exceptional Lake of the Ozarks experience at High Tide!

Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

This lake stay is less than 3 hours from Kansas City and St. Louis; and just a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. All blacktop / paved roads to driveway. Closest international airport is KCI - Kansas City. Regional airports located in Springfield and Columbia.

"We stayed at this property over the 4th of July holiday. Overall, the property was clean and updated. A few issues we noticed: the boat dock needs a lift to bring your boat off the water as the water is extremely wavy due to the big boat traffic on the main channel of the lake. It's impossible to tie a boat at the dock. The main floor needs blinds in the kitchen/dining/living area. When the sun is setting it gets too bright in that are (same could probably be said for the basement). There were no smoke detectors in the house. One of the bedrooms (southeast) on the first floor appears to be missing a vent for air conditioning which made the room very warm if the door was closed.

"Great house! We loved the dock and the two decks. The kitchen is nice and open - breakfast looking out at the lake was very peaceful. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. You can tell it’s a flip, but still a great find. They were super responsive to our electrical issues and had someone out there to help right away.

"Plenty of space for a large group. There were 13 of us and it was great. There are some minor improvements I’d suggest to help guests settle in such as some hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang things. The couch spring was completely out so assume the guests before us went a little nuts. A kitchen cabinet was broken. All fixable things so hopefully they can address soon. They don’t communicate via Airbnb which I’m not used to but once I started texted, responses were much faster.

"Excellent Lakehouse for large family (8 adults, 1 baby) to spread out and not be on top of each other. Amazing lake access directly off the house with a great pier/dock for swimming with a Tiki Bar for hanging out at. Pam is a great host and is super responsive and provides great recommendations. House was spotless when we moved in and the beds/linens are comfy and clean. Would definitely come back to this house !

"This property fit our needs perfectly for the project we were working on. We were able to stay and relax much better at this house then in any hotel and everything was nice and clean. "My sibling and I take a trip every year and this year our choice was great. The property was newly renovated and they did a beautiful job. Very large house 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms beautifully decorated. The few glitches were handled promptly. Pam was very quick to handle anything that came up.
