"This was our third time staying there and it was great. The only thing different this year than in past years was the ice machine in the kitchen no longer works. There was a small ice machine on the property that helped. We did encounter the oven not working, which was unfortunate. We understand they could not get it fixed in the timeframe we were there but the management helped try to make it right. On a plus side there were more inflatables for the water which our kids enjoyed.

"We truly enjoyed our time at Heavenly Hideaway. Great location, quiet cove and plenty of space to spread out. Felt at home and appreciated all the extra that was supplied. More than most rentals. My favorite spot was the cabana especially early in the morning drinking my coffee. I definitely would return to the area and probably this home!

"This home is so well maintained and equipped for large groups! The dock is perfect for swimming and hanging out for all age groups! Property is situated at the end of a cove so you have little wake and no boat traffic. You have privacy and less worries with younger kids in the water. The additional game room and gazebo leave plenty of space for groups to gather and play cards, board games or just escape a larger group for some peace and quiet. The actual home is well equipped for cooking and hanging out with room to spare, Close to establishments by water or car. This was the perfect location to create tons of memories with extended Family! Too many amazing features to mention them all! We will be going back!

"Firstly we would also like to say thank you for giving us the opportunity to make great family memories. The home is beautiful throughout, with every amenity you could think of. Having all the cupboards marked with what was inside , to a very well equipped kitchen and also in bedrooms and bathrooms is just such a great idea. it's the Little things like charging stations in all rooms which was top class. the location and the private boat Dock were lovely with everything you would need. The bedding and soft furnishings were top class with everything you could possibly need. Quite possibly one of the best Airbnb homes we have stayed in. Thank you

One dining room chair had a very loose leg and was about to collapse.

"I used the swiss army knife (all I had to use) to tighten the loose screws which were the problem. I recommend to turn all the dining room chairs upside down and tighten all the 2 screws holding each leg in place. This ounce of prevention might save someone getting hurt if the chair collapsed with them. This is for Pam only, not for public view. We loved the place!
PS I cleaned the yard after the dogs, and want to thank you for allowing us to bring our furry family members.

"This is a great spot. Beautiful home, property and the details thought of here are incredible. We stayed last year and booked again this year as we loved it so much. It is great for our tween and teen kids and our dog. I will say the cleaning inside and the upkeep of the property has gone down hill a bit, last year the place was immaculate. Might want to consider a new cleaning staff and maintenance crew.

"What a great place! Everything about the house was amazing. Everything is labeled, making it easy to find towels, things in the kitchen, light switches, etc. We loved being located back in the cove and not having neighbors on one side. We had so much space to swim and lay out in the water. The fenced in yard was a huge perk for our dog. The game room garage was even better than the photos! It was the perfect place for people to be later at night and not keep others up in the house. The cabana became our coffee spot for those that woke up early. We didn’t have kids on this trip, but this house would be great for a family trip as well (kids table, cups, plates, games). Pamela was amazing to work with and very quick to respond. One thing to consider. Like many places at the ozarks, there are a lot of stairs around the outside of the home. All of the stairs had railings though, which made it doable for all ages. We would definitely stay her again!

"The dock and swim area was very secluded and we did not have to worry about our small grandchildren and boat traffic. One of our favorite family vacations and we have been to the beach numerous times. Close to St. Louis and Kansas City. Several levels so numerous steps. Also we were able to bring our dogs which was a plus. The teen area was so nice. Our 8 yr old grandaughter wanted a dance party and sent out invitations to all of us. Her last night at the house was a memory she will never forget.

The pictures tell a pretty good story of the layout of the property but please note, if you are traveling with someone with limited mobility, it’ll be extra challenging for them to get around. "The time spent together was priceless. This was a quiet getaway and memories were made. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks, and mat daily and some went fishing. We ventured out to Papa Chubby’s one night for dinner and the atmosphere and food was great! We grilled, did s’mores and enjoyed the game room! We had fun doing karaoke! The game room is a great addition as the kids could hang out and play. We ALL enjoyed playing the games! Pam was great to work with and on the ball. This place was decorated nicely, clean and is a great space. Loved that there was a washer and dryer too! I loved sitting in the swivel chairs by the big windows and sitting in the cabana! This is a great vacation spot. We will return! Great experience!!

"The house was beautiful and the location was fantastic! House was within 15 minutes of a grocery store by car, and within 5 minutes of marina/gas by boat (at Margaritaville). We had two surfing boats with us and having a dock was a primary criterion for us when booking accommodations. The dock was fabulous and easily accommodated both of our boats without concern. The bunk room downstairs was really nice with 4 full size beds - a great place for a group of 4+ kids to sleep. The game room also kept our kids (ages 16-20) entertained (when they weren’t swimming, diving or fishing off the dock)! Can’t wait to return!

"We stayed at the Heavenly Hideaway June 12-18. We travelled with 3 families. 6 adults, 10 children. The drive to the home required some motion sickness meds, even for the hardest of stomachs, but once there- the location was amazing. The cove was perfect for all the events the kids loved. The home being tucked back into the cave made for perfect waters for all the activities and sheltered from waves. The amenities did not disappoint. The lillypad was GIGANTIC, the paddle board and kayaks were great. There were also extra fishing poles and life jackets for all. The diving board was also a blast. I loved having the fan on the large swim dock for the sweltering days. The home was delightful. So many areas to spread out, we never felt crowded. The outdoor space was great for watching sports or having adult time in the evening. The game room was wonderful and held everyone comfortably while having foosball and ping pong tournaments. The weather was perfect while we were there, but if it had been rainy, the game room would be great for activity. The outdoor firepit was a nice place to hang out in the evening. The house was so well stocked. They thought of everything. Literally everything. The blackstone grill was so convenient for making large breakfasts and the kitchen never felt crowded even with 6 adults cooking in it. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels extra sheets and blankets. Each room had a ceiling fan and a boxed fan which is nice for airflow and noise. The location of the home was only a 10 min drive to frankie and louies and very close to many off the water locations. The grocery store was also close and convenient. We had such a great time we are already talking about next year.

"This is an amazing property that is extremely well appointed! My family included adult children and their spouses, grandchildren, and friends that feel like family. We rarely left the house for entertainment as there was so much to do on site. Already planning to return next summer!

"My family loved spending 5 days at the Heavenly Hideaway. We used the kayak, floating mat, and dock every day to soak up the sun. The location is terrific if you’re wanting a quiet getaway. The cove stayed calm most of the day and my father in law caught several fish throughout the week off the dock. I loved sitting in the living room chairs by the window watching the sunset. We also loved the screened in deck bar and the fire pit seating area. There are many fun gathering spaces throughout the property to enjoy. We were also surprised by the game room that was recently installed in the garage up the hill. There are some electrical repairs in the game room needing to be done as the electricity shorts when the a/c wall unit is turned on. We had to flip the breaker a few times before we learned that the a/c unit was the culprit. We were also disappointed by some missing odds and ends to the games that prevented us from using them - broken karaoke set, ping pong balls missing, broken ping pong paddles, etc. But we were told this is a new addition and I could see the potential. Once that area gets fixed up it would be a great entertainment area. However, we couldn’t spend much time in the game room because the a/c didn’t work and a lot of the games couldn’t be used. We had some other disappointing maintenance items such as the disposal leaked, the fridge filter needed replaced, our check in was a bit delayed because the cleaning crew wasn’t able to finish cleaning in time. That said, Pamela and her team were fantastic at communicating with us throughout our stay. They were responsive and fixed the fridge filter issue quickly. They also offered to fix the disposal but it would have interrupted our stay so we opted to live with it. Pamela and her team redeemed the maintenance annoyances by their kindness and excellent communication. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to a quiet getaway by the water.

My family and I enjoyed our time at Heavenly Hideaway!

"The time spent together was priceless. This was a quiet getaway and memories were made. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayaks, and mat daily and some went fishing. We ventured out to Papa Chubby’s one night for dinner and the atmosphere and food was great! We grilled, did s’mores and enjoyed the game room! We had fun doing karaoke! The game room is a great addition as the kids could hang out and play. We ALL enjoyed playing the games! Pam was great to work with and on the ball. This place was decorated nicely, clean and is a great space. Loved that there was a washer and dryer too! I loved sitting in the swivel chairs by the big windows and sitting in the cabana! This is a great vacation spot. We will return! Great experience!!

Great home for family getaway!

"The house was beautiful and the location was fantastic! House was within 15 minutes of a grocery store by car, and within 5 minutes of marina/gas by boat (at Margaritaville). We had two surfing boats with us and having a dock was a primary criterion for us when booking accommodations. The dock was fabulous and easily accommodated both of our boats without concern. The bunk room downstairs was really nice with 4 full size beds - a great place for a group of 4+ kids to sleep. The game room also kept our kids (ages 16-20) entertained (when they weren’t swimming, diving or fishing off the dock)! Can’t wait to return!

"We stayed at the Heavenly Hideaway June 12-18. We travelled with 3 families. 6 adults, 10 children. The drive to the home required some motion sickness meds, even for the hardest of stomachs, but once there- the location was amazing. The cove was perfect for all the events the kids loved. The home being tucked back into the cave made for perfect waters for all the activities and sheltered from waves. The amenities did not disappoint. The lillypad was GIGANTIC, the paddle board and kayaks were great. There were also extra fishing poles and life jackets for all. The diving board was also a blast. I loved having the fan on the large swim dock for the sweltering days. The home was delightful. So many areas to spread out, we never felt crowded. The outdoor space was great for watching sports or having adult time in the evening. The game room was wonderful and held everyone comfortably while having foosball and ping pong tournaments.
