"Our family of 18 with ages ranging from 2 to 57 had a great time at the house. Everything was as described and the house was very well stocked. The dock was perfect for fishing, and we were able to rent a pontoon boat and store it overnight in a boat slip rented from the place next door. I would definitely recommend the house to others.

"First off I want to say Pamela my contact with Lake Days Rental was amazing to work with. She responded within hours of the many questions I had. The house was perfect we had 8 guys who all had there own bed and most had there own room. 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces which was fantastic. 2 large decks with plenty of seating for beautiful fall days. Many in my group have told too book it for a spring trip already. I highly recommend this property.

"Great place for a full extended family weekend with kids and adults. Smooth boat rental from recommendation and provided helpful and relevant information about the area and additional activities available near by.
Hanks house is full of items and amenities with Lots of attention to details. Extra spices on hand, extra towels for the lake, plenty of group seating inside and out, large open concept layout upstairs as well as downstairs. Downstairs has a kitchenette which was handy for grilling and more fridge space. Really great overall and nice to work with.

"Our group of 11 - 6 adults and 5 kids - had a great week at Hank’s House. We ranged the entire spectrum of ages. Grandparents plus kids and grandchildren (ages 2-20). We enjoyed most days swimming off the dock to escape the heat and humidity. We had surprise access to a lily pad. We rented a 4-hour boat nearby and appreciated the return back to this location where there is much less boat traffic.

The space was ample for our group - so many rooms up stairs and down - inside and out - that allowed each person to spread out as needed.

We relaxed each morning outside on the the two decks and used the firepit down by the water for s’mores later in the week. We also used the large yard to play games and throw around balls.

Everything was just as described - really a great experience!

"Very family friendly. I will highlight a few things that were especially helpful - basic spices and cooking oil on hand, laundry available, enclosed deck on upper level, ample room options to accommodate various family sizes, lake towels on hand, and honestly so much more. The master on the upper level was exceptional - complete with walk in closet and laundry off the master bathroom. Large dinning table for family meals, lots of different entertaining spaces available indoors and out on both levels. It was remarkable to find a fit for our whole family including 6 kids, 12 adults, 1 infant, 8 vehicles :) It was a great all around!

"My friends and I had a great weekend here! The space was perfect for what we wanted. Having two spacious living / dining areas was ideal for our large group. Plenty of out door spaces to sit, relax and hang out. The dock was very convenient and allowed us to stop by the house for lunch during our boat day. There were minor hiccups at the start (house code and wifi code), which were resolved almost immediately upon calling the host. Pamela was very responsive and provided great suggestions and things to do in the area.

"My group of 12 needed a rental property for the weekend and this was by far the best bang for our buck. We spent time out on the dock watching boats go by and at night enjoyed sitting outside on the two big decks. "Hank’s House is 100% our favorite rental we’ve stayed at while visiting the lake. It was big and spacious- more than enough room to comfortably sleep many guests. The best part is the living spaces and kitchen also accommodate a big group. We loved how big the kitchen table was to allow for everyone to sit together for meals. The big yard, slide, and swings were a big hit with the kids in our group. The swim dock was brand new and the perfect hang out spot and made swimming in the lake easy. The section of the lake was calm and was very fun to boat around. We enjoyed being in this area compared to busier areas right in Osage Beach. I would 100% recommend Hank’s House. Would be great for a large family reunion type trip or a group of friends with their young kids.

"Overall, we had a great stay and would book here again! The house was spotless and had one of the best set up kitchens with all necessary items that I've seen in a rental. The dock was not covered but we were able to fit two 10x10 canopies on it. There were a few small issues that came with being the first renters but Pamela was very prompt in addressing them with little impact on the trip. My only issue is that this property is managed through a rental company. Because of this there was an outside of AirBNB rental contract and some communication issues. They were always prompt to respond but I did get conflicting info from Pamela and their office. Nothing huge, it was just frustrating to be receiving communication through text, email, phone calls, and AirBNB. Having used AirBNB for 10+ years and being a super host myself, I feel like all communication should be through this site to help protect both parties as well as make it easier for renters to find all needed info.
