Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

"We rented this place the day before we decided to spend the weekend in the area. We mainly just slept there and sat out on the deck late at night, but it was very peaceful and relaxing! There was an outside grill, and a very nice kitchen, next time we stay there we're going to spend more time and enjoy the area!

LOZ Summer Getaway

"The family and I, dog included, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was amazing - we did dinner & grilling on the deck almost every night. Swimming off the deck nightly and the fantastic sunsets were very much enjoyed. Fishing poles and other goodies were also included. Wifi was fast, an overall very comfortable place, and I can't overstate the importance of being right on the water. Dock lights weren't working, but property management sent a tech out to get it resolved. Only minor complaint was that beverage cans were found in the driveway & backyard from previous guests. Washer & dryer worked fine, showers had great water pressure. I was told to book at Lake Days Rentals directly to save some money over VRBO. I enthusiastically recommend this property.

"Pros: This place is great if you have a family or are with a few couples. The space is clean and it provides everything you need, and more. You are about 15 minutes from resturants and the grocery store. We did not get a boat this time but the dock is on the main channel. We could hear music and could see a restaurant/bar across the water. That would have been fun to check out. The dock is a great place to hang out. Pam was responsive. Con: Watch for additional fees. The cleaning and other fees (pet fee and required insurance) are on the high side for just me, my husband, and our 10lb dog. They were almost as much as the nightly fee. Total cost was close to $500/night. I would definitely stay again if I came with another couple.

Family Vacation.

"We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The location is a bit remote unless you have a boat, as most attractions are a 45-minute drive away. We rented a boat for a few days, and Lake Burger, with gas, is right across the bay. The 4th of July fireworks were fantastic, but the heavy boat traffic made the water rough and the dock noisy. It might be quieter on an off weekend. The neighbors were friendly, and the home being dog-friendly was a huge plus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it, especially if you plan to spend a lot of time on the water.

"We had an amazing stay at Pamela's house! The place was extremely clean and we appreciated all of grass right outside our door for our pup. The rooms are super spacious and there are two bathrooms, which is nice if you're coming with family members! The place is very close to FLW and just a short drive to restaurants/activities in St. Robert! You can also order Door Dash/Uber Eats for delivery if you don't feel like getting out and about! Pamela was very sweet, and extremely prompt in her responses to ensure we had the most comfortable getaway at her house! She does not require much at all on check out, in fact, it is the least I've ever been required to do at an Air bnb, which is a huge plus when you have to drive a good distance after your stay. I would 100% recommend staying here!

"Beautiful home, beautiful view, great host!! This house was super clean, overlooked the lake, and had EVERYTHING that we needed to cook big meals for our large group and be comfortable! We loved every minute of being there, it was very homey, and we were able to bring our fur babies! We bbq'd off the back deck that over looked the lake, theres a firepit and a dock! Hope that we can come back in the summer!
