Getting There
Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

"The house was in a good location in the cove , so it was quiet and clean. We really enjoyed the outside deck and the inside eating area. The kids loved the kayak and the floating pad. There were just a couple things that I can honestly say were overlooked by the cleaning company. There were beer cans in the bar area ( we did not use the lower bar area), the covers that were on the couch and chair had dried food on them ( I put them in the closet un washed) . There were plenty of towels and amenities. The manager was very timely with a response to a small electrical outage issue that was resolved with in minutes of happening. We would stay at this property again
