Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

"This charming lake house is exactly as described. We enjoyed a fun girls weekend on the lake. I highly recommend this property as everything during our stay went smoothly. The property manager was always available to answer our questions and the home was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy this home away from home!

"This is a GORGEOUS home and the entire thing has been newly remodeled. Slept 7 girls easily and only 2 girls shared a bed. The rest of us had our own bed. Amazing location close to all the action in Osage Beach. Beautiful views all around, easy off-street parking that can fit 3 cars, huge dock. Close to the lake with not that many steps down. I would highly recommend!

"The property is exactly like the pictures and my family and I had a wonderful vacation! So good that we extended it by another day! We didn't want to leave yet! The property management team were so kind and easy to work with as well. You won't be disappointed staying here! We will be back!!

"Absolutely fantastic, everything advertised and more. The house met all our needs. The dock was perfect with minimal waves. Outdoor seating on the deck was great with a TV. Would definitely stay again!!

"Felt like we got a steal on this one! Paddle boarding was great! Very limited cookware to use in the kitchen for a place that expects groups but other than that can’t complain. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

"We had a blast here with our family! Our little kiddos (4 & 2) had plenty of space to run around on the deck and loved the lilly pad in the water and our 12 year old (who brought a friend) loved the games that were available when we were hanging out inside. The property was beautiful and easy to access. We loved the large cove and dock!
