"Very nice place I enjoyed my stay probably look elsewhere simply because I was charged $30 a day for a boat slip that was not getting used in the first place. Plenty of other listings where it's included otherwise I'd stay there again for sure

"We had to make this trip because of a family member in the Hospital. This place was clean quiet and "just a perfect place to relax". Communication with the Agent via email and text was fantastic. "Very helpful". My wife Ashley and I really enjoyed this place very much.

"This was a great little place to stay right on the water close to many things such as Dog Days, Redheads and Backwater Jacks. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pamela was very responsive to any questions we had. The whole condominium was quiet and all the other residents were super helpful and kind. Would definitely come back and stay again!

""Pamela’s place was cozy and had an amazing view from her balcony! She was responsive and helpful with questions and concerns we had! The TV system was a bit outdated and the kitchen was missing a few amenities for cooking but other than that we had everything we needed! The cleaner was still in the apartment after we arrived an hour after check in time and the grill needs a good cleaning from previous guests (when we turned the flame on it sparked a decent sized grease fire). The couch and bed were comfortable and it was nicely located to some fun restaurants and pool bars!"

"The location was great and the communication with the company was very easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not the best. The place smelled HIGHLY of cats and while some of the carpet stains were from wear and tear the vacuuming was very poor. Everything was well stocked, but no oven pans. Comfortable furniture and plenty of storage/closet space.

"My husband and I were disappointed to have a trip to St Thomas canceled this summer due to flight cancellations. After a horrible experience we didn't want to fly again, but decided to get away for a long weekend. This was a perfect location for just the two of us. Very homey and relaxing. The pool at the complex was perfect. Golf just down the road. Nearby shopping, restaurants and other things to do. We hadn't spent that much time at this end of the lake but really enjoyed it. The rental process was easy, Pam sent us everything we needed just in time to arrive and let us know what we needed to do to check out. The wine, chips and dip left for us were a bonus!
