Location Description
This condo community is located within 10 minutes of Bagnell Dam Strip and 20 minutes from Osage Beach. By water, the condo has a main channel view of the 2 Mile Marker as the boats venture to and from the dam. The cove location allows for safe boating and docking for those who wish to experience the lake by water.

Getting There
A Wave From It All can be reached by all hard surface roads with main highway access throughout most of the drive. The location is less than 3 hours from Kansas City or St. Louis; and a half day drive from Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and Kansas. The closest international airport is in Kansas City with regional airports in Columbia and Springfield.

"Great, great place for us to stay - all 7 of us. The kiddos loved the bunk bed room. So well-stocked, clean, pleasant decor and the screened-in porch was super great! Communication with property manager was all that it should be.

"Beautiful condo with good views of the lake and channel. King and queen suite were ideal for families traveling together. Both couples had their own suites. Tv on the patio was awesome for watching the olympics while enjoying lake views. The kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking supplies like spices. Would definitely stay here again.

"Check in and out was super easy. We were even able to text on check in day and get in a couple hours early. The condo was clean and had everything we needed so we could just enjoy our 5 days of family fun. Only feedback I would give is to have a few blankets to use on cooler nights in the living room/patio. There was one on the king bed but that was it.

"Beautiful condo in a great location! We could not have loved this place more! Plenty of space for our large group! The SCREENED in deck overlooking the Lake was our favorite spot! It has 3 fans to keep you cool and lots furniture. Screened in so NO pesky bugs EVER. Beds were comfy and kitchen is very well stocked. We brought our own TP and paper towels but it was loaded for us. We will be back to this unit! We also had a couple issues when we couldn’t locate something and the property manager was prompt on replying!!

"We had originally had a different location booked, which unfortunately had its pool down for maintenance. As the pool was one of the main amenities that made us book, Pamela did her best at reconciling the issue and was able to find another location that was just a short distance away. It completely saved the trip, the location was incredible, great inside and out, with an absolutely stunning view. Would HIGHLY recommend

"Lovely place and great setup. We really enjoyed our stay. The deck area was fantastic and comfortable. The screen is in excellent condition and made sitting out at night very enjoyable. The only thing is that the glass sliding doors and glass dining table weren’t cleaned as there were several hand prints and smudges; other than that the place was very clean. The pool had a nice location right off the lake. Would definitely stay there again.

"We stayed at the condo for Labor Day Weekend and it was perfect! There were 4 adults and 3 kids. Making breakfast and dinners there was easy with all of the supplies provided and we often ate on the enclosed porch looking over the lake. The beds were comfortable and we fell asleep watching movies on the recliners at night. Pam was able to arrange for a slip for our boat (someone took it the whole weekend, even though we left notes but she found us another one) and a place to keep the trailer. Because we haul a lot of bags with us, it was nice to have a cart and elevator at the property, too! Easy to check in and easy communication. We'd definitely recommend staying here again!

"I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend with seven other people. The views from this condo are gorgeous. The screened in porch was a big favorite. We stayed here during the hottest weekend of the year so far and found that the pool was always really nice & clean to cool down in. There was plenty of room for all eight of us to spread out throughout the condo. Even the four that slept in the bunk room felt like they had enough space. Three full bathrooms was a big plus for our group! There were two unfortunate incidents that occurred but they were both completely out of Lake Days Rentals control. Pamela was quick to respond to my text messages about the incidents & was very sympathetic. First, the elevator got stuck with myself & two others in it. Then, our AC in the condo went out. Again, both out of Pamela’s control and she was very sympathetic & went above and beyond to help make the rest of our stay nice. We had a good stay overall & are already talking about our next trip down!

"Excellent value for the accommodations. I am sure the price will not be what we got it for being the first guests here but we would have paid 3x the price considering the location and amenities. Pamela and Lake Days do everything they can to make this a very relaxing home away from home. We had 6 guests and it was more than enough space for all of us to spread out and not feel cramped. The patio is an excellent place to escape to with a coffee in the morning or beer in the evening in order to enjoy the sounds of the lake and sun. This would be an excellent spot for a family to retreat to as there is every kitchen item needed to make a good meal (although we could not locate a cutting board lol) and the sleeping arrangements are great+ 3 big bathrooms. The location is close enough to go to many good restaurants and bars. This is easily one of the nicest/best places I have ever stayed. They provided local salsa, some wine, coffee, red bulls, and a very hospitable experience. Don't be afraid to ask for more salsa! Thank you!
