REQUIREMENTS Able to lift / carry up to 50 lb, navigate flights of stairs to properties, reliable vehicle for transport, access to mobile device for task app & pictures / video submission, pass background check Sample Tasks (not inclusive) – For 10+ Guest Properties - Deliver Linens, Retrieve Linens, Set Up Kitchen & Bath for New Properties, Video Quality Checks, Sweep / Wipe Down Exterior PAY - $17 per hour with vehicle allowance

REQUIREMENTS Primary work area is LakeDay.Rentals office at 208 N Main Street in Laurie. Must have reliable transportation, smart phone, internet services, general knowledge and appreciation of the lake, lake experiences & lake services, ability to navigate google maps, strong phone skills & environment for phone conversations, ability to use word, spreadsheets, google docs, hyperlinks, etc. Requires engaging with guests, inquiries, owners, local vendors, and peer businesses by phone, email and text. Pay - Hourly Based On Experience - Position will evolve with company growth.

REQUIREMENTS Support guest experience through processing of laundry retrieved from vacation rentals (washing, drying, folding), organize, and prepare for distribution. PAY - $15 per hour located in Laurie MO

REQUIREMENTS Able to lift / carry up to 75 lb, navigate flights of stairs to/from properties, reliable vehicle (SUV or Truck preferred), access to mobile device for task app & pictures/video submission, pass background check Sample Tasks (not inclusive) – Bulb & Filter Replacement, Pest Control Tasks, Exterior Services, Lock Change Out, Security System Checks, Propane Tank Refills, Painting, Furniture Assembly PAY - $18 to $20 based on experience - personal tools required

REQUIREMENTS Able to lift / carry up to 75 lb, navigate flights of stairs to/from properties, reliable vehicle (SUV or Truck preferred), access to mobile device for task app & pictures / video submission, pass background checks Sample Tasks – Drywall Repair, Plumbing Clearing, Door Installation, Deck Work, Railings, Landscaping, General “Handyman” Services, etc. PAY - $20 to $25 based on experience - personal tools required
